
Steve McCauley, President and CEO of Athletic HealthCare, has over 30 years of experience in the health and wellness industry, specializing in athletic training and sports medicine. He has assisted countless athletes, performers, and everyday individuals in achieving their fitness goals while maximizing their athletic abilities through performance enhancement.
As an accomplished leader, McCauley excels in various human performance settings, drawing from his diverse education and career experiences. He earned his undergraduate degree in athletic training from Cal State Northridge and his master's degree from St. Francis University. Steve also served as the Chairman of the Nevada State Board of Athletic Trainers and remains actively involved in legislative issues pertinent to sports medicine. His extensive background includes being the head Athletic Trainer for the Las Vegas Sting (arena football) and providing athletic training programs for well-known Las Vegas shows, including Cirque du Soleil's "Mystère," "Lord of the Dance," MGM's "EFX," "Jabbawockeez," and "Le Reve" at the Wynn.
Steve is driven by a passion for helping individuals of all ages express their bodies, enhance their sense of self, and maintain long-term physical health. To him, it’s more than just training—he integrates lasting changes that facilitate both physical and mental success. McCauley leads his clients through corrective exercises, manual therapy, and various treatment methods to help them recover from injuries and restore their previous capabilities. Prevention is key; therefore, Steve designs tailored exercises and workout schedules for training athletes and collaborates with dietitians to provide guidance on nutrition that fuels their athletic endeavors.

Coby Blanco is a certified Athletic Trainer who specializes in sports medicine. After completing her master's degree in health and human movement, she moved to Las Vegas. Most of her career has been dedicated to athletic training in the performing arts and professional sports settings, including Cirque du Soleil and professional volleyball. These experiences have allowed her to grow as a clinician in injury assessment, rehab, and prevention, with a focus on performance enhancement through full body recovery that emphasizes strength and mobility. In 2020, Coby became an American Heart Association (AHA) CPR instructor to empower people with the skills to react effectively in emergencies. When she is not at the clinic, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, exploring new cities, crafting, baking, and working out.

Daniel is a certified and licensed athletic trainer who has dedicated the last two years to working with professional athletes in the NBA and NBA G-League. Prior to that, he was involved in Division 1 college athletics. As a strength and conditioning specialist and an expert in performance enhancement and corrective exercise, he employs a comprehensive, whole-body approach to sports medicine. Daniel utilizes his manual therapy skills alongside strength and conditioning techniques when working with patients.
Colby Player is a Licensed Massage Therapist who specializes in sports medicine and has worked with clients from various backgrounds. His expertise in athletic training is particularly focused on helping Circus Artists, Performers, and Athletes recover and enhance their performance to achieve their highest potential.

Logan is a physical therapist and certified strength and conditioning specialist who brings a blend of clinical, performance enhancement, and educational experience. With a background in sports medicine, performing arts, and circus medicine, he has worked with patients ranging from youth to professional athletes and entertainers throughout the Las Vegas Valley. Skilled in managing complex injury histories and designing individualized recovery programs, Logan combines clinical expertise with creative empathy by building strong relationships, collaborating closely with patients, and delivering comprehensive care that supports both injury recovery and athletic training for optimal performance.

Laura is a Certified Athletic Trainer and Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist with over 16 years of experience in high-performance environments, including the US Special Forces and Cirque du Soleil. Laura's innovative and multi-disciplinary approach to patient care integrates sports medicine, polyvagal theory, somatic practices, parts work, and trauma-informed care, creating practical, person-centered treatment plans that focus on both tissue healing and nervous system regulation. Her holistic approach allows you to work in harmony with the natural rhythms of your body, gaining control of your healing experiences and navigating challenges with greater ease.
